Montessori Nursery School Teacher’s Assistant
The Gift School is an innovative bilingual school with a focus on civic-mindfulness and environment awareness for children aged 2 to 8 years old. Open since September 2019, the Gift School is located in the town of Ventabren, 6 kms from Aix-en-Provence.
We are currently recruiting a native English speaker to join our team as a Teacher’s Assistant. (S)he will work in tandem with our 2 to 4 year old class Teacher. The Assistant will provide daily care for the youngest of our children. In addition to caring for and supporting the children’s individual daily routines and needs (ex: potty training and nappy changing, meals and naps), (s)he will also accompany the class in age-appropriate Montessori activities.
The Assistant will join the school faculty made up of 3 teachers, 2 assistants and the school director. (S)he will participate in the group effort to develop the school and make group decisions.
Experience with young children is requested and teaching experience in a Montessori environment and/or other alternative educational methods would be beneficial. We are looking for a good-natured person who is kind and gentle with young children and versatile in a small school environment which fosters close relationships with parents. Montessori Primary School Teacher/Assistant

We are currently recruiting a native English speaker to come on board as a Teacher’s Assistant. (S)he will work in tandem with our 3 to 5 year old class Teacher as well as our 6 to 7 year old class Teacher. (S)he will teach English to small groups of children.

English-speaking Recreational teacher
The Gift School is an innovative bilingual school with a focus on civic-mindfulness and environment awareness for children aged 2 to 8 years old. Open since September 2019, the Gift School is located in the town of Ventabren, 6 kms from Aix-en-Provence.
The Gift School offers holiday camps during school vacation and on Wednesdays for children aged 3 to 10 years old. These recreational days take place in a bilingual environment in which children are immersed in English.
We are recruiting native English-speaking Recreational Teachers to work with small groups of children (10 maximum) in a variety of activities including manual activities, outdoor activities, theatre and art. The goal of these holiday camps is for children to take pleasure in learning and interacting with other children.
Experience with children is requested. We are looking for a good-natured person who is kind and gentle with young children and versatile in a small school environment which fosters close relationships with parents.
